Design Approach
Set in China Merchants' Prince Bay, this 425 m² residence commands a magnificent scale and a 270° panorama of the sea. Here, design is no longer the simple reproduction of a style but a deep conversation between life, nature and space. Using Italian minimalism as our brushstroke and the timeless seascape as our canvas, we set out to shape a poetic dwelling that holds both the warmth of everyday life and a place for the spirit to rest.
