We are closer to a design-led interior consultancy and styling studio, with implementation coordination support. We are not a pure package-based contractor, but we can coordinate renovation works, custom carpentry, furniture sourcing and installation through trusted partners where required.
Yes. Client communication, supplier coordination, site / installation coordination and project follow-up are handled by our Singapore-based team. Our design team and supply-chain partners support design development, visualisation and sourcing.
Yes, where renovation works are part of the overall design and implementation scope. A pure contractor-only quotation may not be the best fit for us.
Yes, for selected projects. We can support curated sourcing from pre-screened furniture and soft-furnishing suppliers, including Guangdong showroom visits where suitable.
The design fee is usually quoted as a fixed fee based on scope. Renovation, custom carpentry, furniture, soft furnishing, logistics and installation costs are preliminary estimates until the final design, site verification, material selection and supplier quotations are confirmed.
